Polished concrete has almost an endless life cycle
Minimum Floor Maintenance
Polished concrete has an almost endless life cycle providing the floor is cared for and maintained accordingly. This is because after installation the floor can be rejuvenated with minimal cost to return the floor to the lustre level that was achieved at installation.
Also after many years of use the floor can be again be mechanically polished and another application of stain resister installed, returning the floor to a new finish.
